Boston Properties files plans for $6M single-floor rehab of 399 Park Avenue

Boston Properties, on October 25, filed plans for a $6 million rehabilitation of one floor of an office building at 399 Park Avenue in Plaza District, Manhattan.

There has been 39 alteration plans, for a total of $26,500,175, filed at the building so far this year. These are the most expensive of the plans filed.

The plans call for work on the sixth floor of the 482-foot-tall, 43-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00558619.

The project is described in the filing as: Removal and installation of interior non bearing partitions and related finishes as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy under this application

The architect listed is Lehman Smith Mcleish.

The developer recently completed a $14.9 million rehab of the fourth floor of the building.
