Boston Properties files plans for $4.4M single-floor build-out at GM Building
Boston Properties, on August 17, filed plans for a $4.4 million build-out of one floor of the General Motors Building at 767 Fifth Avenue in the Plaza District.
The plans call for work on the 40th floor of the 500-foot-tall, 50-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00542908.
The project is described in the filing as: interior demo and build-out of partitions, ceilings and doors. No change in use, egress or occupancy.
The architect listed is Gensler Architects.
The developer recently finished a project which called for a $12.2 million build-out of the 45th floor of the building.
