Blackstone pays $35.5M for industrial in East New York, or $314 per sf

The Blackstone Group through the entity B9 Alabama Ave Owner LLC paid $35.5 million to Moshe Tropper and Hillel Tropper through the entity Lads Avenue Associates 2 LLC for industrial (F2) at 906 Wortman Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on December 7, 2021 and was recorded on December 20, 2021.
The property has 112,800 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $314 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The signatory for Moshe Tropper and Hillel Tropper was Moshe Tropper and Hillel Tropper. The signatory for Blackstone Group was David Levine.

David Levine is a senior managing director at Blackstone Group.  Revantage, a subsidiary of Blackstone is located at the same address as buyer LLC.
