Ben Laundau is fully permitted for 25-unit residential building in Flatbush
Ben Laundau through the company 2484 Bedford LLC, on October 28, was given a permit for construction of a 25-unit, 17,975-square-foot residential building at 2484 Bedford Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn.
The plans, pre-filed in January, call for the construction of a 60-foot-tall, six-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: six-story residential building with 25 dwelling units.
The cellar of the building will have a laundry room, amenity rooms, a reading lounge, and an exercise room per the plans. The ground floor will have an entrance lobby. Floors two through six will each have five dwelling units per floor, the second floor will also have an outdoor recreation terrace. The building will have 13 parking spaces and a recreation area on the roof.
S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect.
The one-story building that occupied the property before was demolished last month.
Around the time of filing it was reported that an estimated completion date had not been announced.
