Bardhok Kodra files plans for 84-unit building in Williamsbridge

Bardhok Kodra through the company Kodra Contracting Corp., on January 10, filed a permit application for construction of an 84-unit, 55,771-square-foot residential building at 1015 East Gun Hill Road in Williamsbridge, the Bronx.

There have been seven new building plans filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 65-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00640964. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: new seven-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and 12 dwelling units. Floors two though six will each have 13 dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor will have eight dwelling units and recreation spaces.

The architect listed is Node Arch, Engin, Consult, PC.

The estimated job cost is listed at $13,123,800.

The property was acquired for $3.5 million on September 13, 2021.
