Avdoo & Partners files plans for 104-unit building in Boerum Hill

Avdoo & Partners Development, on July 20, filed a permit application for construction of a 104-unit, 136,001-square-foot residential building at 311 Bergen Street in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Shlomi Avdoo, founder of Avdoo & Partners, filed the plans.

The plans call for the construction of a 75-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00774823.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 400 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: application filed to construct new seven-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have 17 dwelling units. The second floor will have 11 dwelling units. Floors three through seven will each have 16 dwelling units per floor. The roof will have a deck and the cellar will have amenity space.

The architect listed is Technemotion Design.

The property was acquired for $32.3 million on December 28, 2021.
