Aurora Capital Associates files plans for 15-unit, 105K sf mixed-use building in WV
Aurora Capital Associates, on September 2, filed a permit application for construction of a 15-unit, 105,804-square-foot mixed-use building with residential and retail, at 134 Jane Street in West Village, Manhattan. Matthew Abreu, director of acquisitions at Aurora, filed the plans.
William Gottlieb Real Estate owns the property. Gottlieb and Aurora have partnered on developments in the past.
These are the fifth new building plans filed in the West Village so far this year, after only one new building plan being filed in the neighborhood all of last year.
The plans call for the construction of a 120-foot-tall, 11-story mixed-use building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00587493.
The project is described in the filing as: project accepted to development per consultation meeting on 5/21 with commissioner pavan. Application filed for construction of 11-story new building.
According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby, gym, parking entrance, and retail space. Floors two through seven will each have two dwelling units per floor, floors eight and nine will have the lower and upper halves of one duplex unit, while floors 10 and 11 will each have one dwelling unit per floor. The roof will have a private terrace. The cellar will have a pool, locker room, and parking for 20 cars.
