Aulder Capital signs $35M refi with High End Hospitality for 111 condos in Upper West Side
Aulder Capital through the entity 100 West 93rd Owner LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with Nalin Advisors S.A. in care of High End Hospitality Corp. valued at $35 million for 111 condos at 100 West 93rd Street in Upper West Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on August 6, 2021 and was recorded on September 22, 2021. The financing includes $10.98 million in new debt in the form of a gap loan.
The 111 condo units have 94,234 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $371 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
