Atlantis Management pays $6M to Melito family for gas station in Riverdale

Gas station owner and manager Atlantis Management Group through the entity 3083 Webster Realty LLC paid the Melito family $6 million for 3087 Webster Avenue in Riverdale. The deal closed on December 22, 2020 and was recorded on December 30, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class gas station with enclosed lubrication plant or workshop (G4). The signatory for the buyer was Jimmy Kochisarli of Atlantis.

Marketing material from the brokerage Cushman & Wakefield said the property has 84,000 square feet of development potential.

The contract date was October 27, 2020. The Melito family has owned the parcel since at least the early 1970s.
Over the past five years, there has been one NYC Department of Buildings permit application filed for this parcel valued at more than $20,000. Of those there was one major renovation application including a certificate of occupancy change (A1) filed with a total estimated value of $1,000.0.
