Atari Realty files plans for 49-unit mixed-use building in Ocean Hill

Atari Realty, on September 18, filed a permit application for construction of a 49-unit, 43,828-square-foot mixed-use building at 6 Howard Avenue in Ocean Hill. The owner representative was Joseph Atarien, of Atari Realty.

The plans call for the construction of a 97-foot tall, nine-story mixed-use building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed nine-story mixed use building.

The cellar of the building will provide retail storage, according to the plans. The ground floor will have a residential lobby and fresh food market. Floors two through five will each have eight dwelling units, the sixth floor will have six dwelling units, floors seven and eight will each have four dwelling units, while the ninth floor will have three dwelling units. The roof will provide a recreation area.

No demolition plans have been filed at the property.

The architect listed is Gerald J. Caliendo, R.A, A.I.A.
