Artifact, on June 15, filed three permit applications for construction of a 22-unit, 19,749-square-foot building at 316 West 135th Street in Central Harlem, Manhattan, a 63-unit, 64,488-square-foot building at 503 West 151st Street in Hamilton Heights, Manhattan, and an 86-unit, 86,950-square-foot building at 2335 12th Avenue in Manhattanville, Manhattan. Javier Martinez, founder and CEO, filed the plans.

The first plans call for the construction of a 22-unit, 19,749-square-foot, 125-foot-tall, 12-story building at 316 West 135th Street and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00749938.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 25 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: it is proposed to erect a new 12-story building as shown on plans.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and retail space. Floors two through 12 will each have two dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space.
