Arthur Weiner permitted for 49-unit resi building in Crown Heights

Arthur Weiner through the company United Management, on May 5, was given a permit for construction of a 49-unit, 52,670-square-foot residential building at 1 Sullivan Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.

The permit issued was a plumbing permit. The developer was issued a new building permit last month and foundation permits in the fall of last year.

The plans, pre-filed on May 2, 2019, call for the construction of a 119-foot tall, 12-story residential building.

The project is described in the filing as: propose to erect 12-story new residence building.

According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a tenant fitness room, tenant flex space, and a children’s play area. Floors two through four will each have five dwelling units per floor, floors five through eight will each have four dwelling units per floor, floors nine and 10 will each have five dwelling units per floor, and floors 11 and 12 will each have four dwelling units per floor. Some of the units will be affordable.

RKTB is listed as the architect.

The lot is currently vacant.

An estimated completion date has not been announced.

The property was acquired for $4.6 million on December 10, 2015.
