Anthony Verrelli submitted a new building construction project for a 68-unit, 56,295-square-foot residential (R-2) building at 497 East 166th Street in Morrisania, Bronx. The plan was filed on April 22, 2026. It calls for the construction of a 103-foot-tall, eleven-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X01384861. The applicant is the Registered Architect Mohammad Badaly of Badaly Architects. Anthony Verrelli is an attorney and also the property owner.
