Anthony Faglione pays $7.5M to Mikhail Litt for two industrial buildings in Queens
Anthony Faglione through the entity Terra 35 LIC, LLC paid $7.5 million to Mikhail Litt through the entity Duxton Properties LLC for industrial (F4) at 35-11 Greenpoint Avenue in Sunnyside, Queens and industrial (E1) at 50-13 35th Street in Hunters Point/Long Island City, Queens.
The deal closed on December 9, 2021 and was recorded on December 28, 2021.
The two properties have 24,056 square feet of built space and 2,068 square feet of additional air rights according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $313 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
