Anthony Chiodi files plans 15-unit mixed-use building with retail in Bayside
Anthony Chiodi through the company ADC Builders and Developers, on April 4, filed a permit application for construction of a 15-unit, 29,787-square-foot mixed-use building at 214-29 41st Avenue in Bayside, Queens.
The plans call for the construction of a 45-foot tall, four-story mixed-use building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number Q00489289. The building will occupy two tax lots.
The project is described in the filing as: new four-story mixed-use building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and retail space. Floors two through five will each have five dwelling units per floor. The second floor will also have residential terraces and three private terraces for units 2A, 2B, and 2C. The cellar will have laundry and attended parking space for 23 cars, while the roof will have a public terrace for residents.
Gerald Caliendo Architects is listed as the architect.
The property was acquired with three other properties for $4.2 million on November 24, 2020.
