Anonymous hotel owner care of Global Securitization Services through the entity Hospitality Finance Company One, LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with a lender that is a Cayman Island entity, Midtown Hotel Finance Co., valued at $98 million for 2 parcels, including the tax class transient occupancy hotel in midtown Manhattan area (H3) at 231 East 43rd Street, 60 West 36th Street in Grand Central. The deal closed on November 22, 2019 and was recorded on January 13, 2020.
The last time the property sold was September 30, 2014, for $71,930,434.
The DOB issued a new construction (NB) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building with 148 residential units on January 18, 2013.
