Alexander Levin files plans for 41-key hotel in Sheepshead Bay
Alexander Levin through the company Emmons Project LLC, on August 20, filed a permit application for construction of a 41-key, 27,847-square-foot hotel building at 2902 Emmons Avenue in Sheepshead Bay.
The plans call for the construction of a 35-foot tall, three-story hotel building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed three-story and cellar mixed-use building.
According to the plans, the ground floor will have a hotel bar, cafe, kitchen, office space, lobby area/lounge area, and open space parking for 53 cars. The second floor will have 20 hotel rooms, while the third floor will have 21 rooms. The fourth floor will be used for an eating and drinking establishment with vip lounge.
Igor Zaslavskiy of Zproekt is listed as the architect on the filing.
Demolition plans were filed last month for the one-story commercial building on the property.
The property was acquired for $6.6 million on February 5, 2019.
An estimated completion date has not been announced.
