Alex Adjmi and his ACHS Management through the entity Empire Boulevard Holdings LLC paid $15.2 million to the Glass family through the entity 73 Aloha, LLC for a retail building (K1) at 73-97 Empire Boulevard in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, retail building (K1) at 99 Empire Boulevard in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, and industrial (G7) at N/A McKeever Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on April 12, 2021 and was recorded on April 27, 2021.
The three properties have 38,679 square feet of built space and 38,042 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 76,818 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data.
