Alban Haxhari files plans for 30-unit resi building in Williamsbridge

Alban Haxhari through the company KGCJ Development Corp., on April 7, filed a permit application for construction of a 30-unit, 17,776-square-foot residential building at 3831 Carpenter Avenue in Williamsbridge, the Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of a 56-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00691380.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot width is 56 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: new six-story residential building.

The architect listed is Node Engineering & Consulting, PC.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have community and recreation space. Floors two through six will each have six dwelling units per floor. The building will have nine parking spaces.

The property was acquired with two other properties for $620,000 on July 19, 2021.
