Aiyun Chen borrows $21M from CTBC Bank for new condo in Middle Village

Aiyun Chen through the entity 62-98 Realty LLC as borrower signed a condo inventory loan agreement with lender CTBC Bank valued at $20.5 million for 54 condominium units at 62-96 Woodhaven Boulevard in Middle Village. The deal closed on February 4, 2020 and was recorded on February 12, 2020.
The 92-unit building was issued an initial temporary certificate of occupancy by the NYC Department of Buildings on December 3, 2019.
