$9M NYCHA boiler rehab project, pre-filed mid-2018, gets permit
NYC Housing Authority, on June 5, was given a permit for a $9.1 million rehab of a building at 3673 Third Avenue in the Morris I housing development project in the Bronx.
The plans, pre-filed on July 11, 2018, call for a renovation of the 149-foot tall, 16-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: replace existing boilers and associated piping. Provide new condensing hot water heater and associated piping and flues. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $9,074,223.
