Developers submit $43.6M plan for 42-unit condo project in Flushing

On June 24, developers submitted a plan for 42 residential units and six commercial units at 44-15 College Point Boulevard in Flushing, Queens.

The condo plan, CD220131, has a sellout price of $43.6 million listed with the New York State Attorney General. Feng Jin Wang, Hui Chen, and Zhu Mei Chen, are listed as members on the filing.

The developers purchased the site for $13,600,000 in 2019.

on April 20, 2020, Feng Jin Wang filed a permit application calling for construction of a 42-unit, 37,654-square-foot residential building at the site.

Per the plans, the basement and ground floor of the building will have health care treatment facilities, a recreation room, and a residential lobby. Floors two through six will be used for condo units.
