$4.1M fit-out for Target filed at Aurora, Adjmi’s 600 Broadway in Soho
Aurora Capital Associates and Alex Adjmi, On August 26, filed plans for a $4.1 million fit-out for Target’s 28,000-square-feet of space at 600 Broadway in Soho, Manhattan.
The retail chain Target Corporation signed a lease for the ground floor, lower level and sub cellar, each spanning about 9,000 square feet, in December of 2020. The deal was for a 15-year lease that includes three extension options of five years each.
The plans call for work on the sub-cellar, cellar, and ground floor of the 74-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00486285.

The property was acquired for $71.4 million on January 16, 2008.
