Cosmo Pas LLC paid $10.9 million to Gtw Properties LLC for condo (SC) at 260 Park Avenue South in Flatiron, Manhattan.
The deal closed on July 28, 2021 and was recorded on August 6, 2021.
The property has 4,017 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $2,725 per the PincusCo analysis.
The owner bought the property on 7-Jun-12, for $12.5 million.
