$25.9M condo plan with just 4 units submitted in East Village
On September 30, a condominium plan was submitted for four residential units at 118 East 1st Street in the East Village, Manhattan.
The condo plan, CD210273, has a sellout price of $25.88 million with the New York State Attorney General. Warren Freyer and Robert Marty are listed as members on the plan.
Warren Freyer of Freyer Architects is also listed as the architect on the new building plans for the development, which were filed by Cynthia Wu. According to a report from Yimby, Cynthia Wu and Robert Marty are the developers for the project.

The developers, operating through the company ACACIA 118, LLC, purchased the property for $5 million in early 2015, according to city records. The fall before purchasing the parcel, Cynthia Wu filed plans for the construction of a 100-foot tall, nine-story, 17,699-square-foot residential building with four dwelling units at the property.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and retail space. The first three dwelling units will be duplex units, while the fourth will be a triplex unit.
The plans received construction permits in 2018 but have no TCO on file.
