$24.7M commercial condo plan submitted in Flushing
A condominium plan for a development with 12 commercial units was submitted for 133-20 41st Road in Flushing, Queens.
The condo plan, CD210110, has a sellout price of $24,730,000 with the New York State Attorney General. Xi Zhao is listed as the principal of the sponsor.
The property was acquired for $6 million in 2017 with Xi Zhao as signatory.
In March of 2018, Dennis Zhao through the company GS Main Street Realty LLC filed new building plans with the New York City Department of Buildings calling for the construction of a 92-foot tall, eight-story, 23,507-square-foot building at the property.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will be used for community facility. The space will be split between health care facility space and a daycare. The building will also have open terraces on the second and sixth floors.

Demolition of the two-story house that previously occupied the property was completed in 2018.
An estimated completion date has not been announced.
