$22.6M condo plan submitted in Chelsea

Chelsea West 22nd LLC submitted a condominium plan for eight residential units at 327 West 22nd Street in Chelsea, Manhattan.

The condo plan, CD210121, has a sellout price of $22.6 million with the New York State Attorney General. Achille Fincato, Marco Fincato, and Michelangelo Battista are listed as the principals of the sponsor.

In 2012, Marco Fincato filed $1 million plans with the New York City Department of Buildings calling for two residential buildings in a single zoning lot and tax lot to be combined into one residential building with eight dwelling units at the property.

The development received its initial TCO back in 2016.

Per the DOB plans, the ground floor of the building has a lobby, one full dwelling unit, and the upper halves of two duplex units. The lower halves of those two duplex units are located in the cellar. The rest of the dwelling units span floors two through five of the building.

Calvert Wright Architecture PC was the architect for the project.

The developer purchased the property for $7,350,000 in 2008, according to city records.
