$21.4M condo plan with 24 units submitted in Kensington
On June 29, a condominium plan was submitted by the entity 379 Ocean Parkway LLC for 24 residential units at 379 Ocean Parkway in the Kensington neighborhood of Brooklyn.
The condo plan, CD210193, has a sellout price of $21,465,000 with the New York State Attorney General. Boris and Lev Shapiro are listed as the principals of the sponsor.
In June of 2017, Boris Shapiro filed new building plans calling for the construction of an 80-foot tall, eight-story, 23,953-square-foot residential building with 24 dwelling units at the site. The plans received permits in 2018.

According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, recreation space, and parking for four cars. Floors two through four will each have four dwelling units per floor, while floors five through eight will each have three dwelling units per floor. The roof will have three private terraces and one public terrace and the cellar will have parking for an additional 11 cars.
According to city records, the property was acquired for $3.4 million in April of 2017.
