Minrav Development files plans for 16-unit resi building in Gramercy Park
Minrav Development filed a permit application for construction of a 16-unit, 24,540-square-foot residential building at 343 East 17th Street in Gramercy Park. Yehuda Mor, managing director of the firm, filed the plans. The building will occupy a single tax lot.
The plans call for the construction of a 115-foot tall, 10-story residential building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00479953.
The project is described in the filings as: new mixed-use residential and community facility building.
The estimated job cost is listed as $5,000,000.
According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a recreation space and one dwelling unit. Floors two through seven will each have two dwelling units per floor, while floors eight through 10 will each have one dwelling unit per floor. The cellar will have storage and recreation space.
SLCE Architects is the architect listed.
The developer acquired the property from CIM Group for $12 million in February of last year.
