15-unit building planned in Sunset Park

Ouyang Wang submitted a new building construction project for a 15-unit, 18,901-square-foot R-2 building at 828 51st Street, Sunset Park, Brooklyn. The plan was filed on September 13, 2022. It calls for the construction of a 54-foot-tall, six-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B08000627. The project is described in the filing as: new construction of 6-story building with cellar for 15 residential units and community facility, and obtain a new certificate of occupancy.
