$11.3M condo plan submitted in Forest Hills

A condominium plan for a development with 18 residential units and one commercial unit was submitted at 105-25 65th Road in Forest Hills, Queens

The condo plan, CD210108, has a sellout price of $11,330,000 with the New York State Attorney General. Sai Jing Chen is listed as the principal of the sponsor.

In February of 2018, Song Dong through the company FR Development LLC filed new building plans with the New York City Department of Buildings calling for the construction of a 75-foot tall, eight-story, 16,867-square-foot residential building with 18 dwelling units at the property.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and community facility lobby. The second floor will have community facility space. The third floor will have four dwelling units, floors four through seven will each have three dwelling units per floor, while the eighth floor will have two dwelling units. The oof will have recreation space. The plans have received no construction permits yet.

Li Architect Associate PLLC is listed as the architect.

Demolition plans were filed in February of 2018 but have not yet been permitted.

An estimated completion date has not been announced.

The developers acquired the property for $1.2 million in 2017.
