Avrohom Zuntz and Yisroel Bernstein through the entity 160 Empire Properties LLC paid $5.2 million to Gothic Cabinet Craft through the entity Empire Millwork Corp. for the retail building (K1) at 160 Empire Boulevard in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on July 9, 2025 and was recorded on July 23, 2025.
