Zhi Xiang Lin submitted a new building construction project for a 7-unit, 7,374-square-foot residential (R-2) building at 73 Dikeman Street in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The plan was filed on April 7, 2026. It calls for the construction of a 53-foot-tall, five-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B01380483. The project is described in the filing as: Propose 4-Story With Cellar 7 Apartments New Building At 73 Dikeman Street; Merger Tax Lot# 24 (73 Dikeman Street) & Lot# 23 (75 Dikeman Street B01381996-I1) Into One Zoning Lot.. The applicant is the Registered Architect Ivan Shcherbakov.

One of those two items was a loan which RedHoek+ borrowed $20.7 million from S3 Capital secured by the zero-square-foot, 13-unit rental (D7) on 379 Van Brunt Street on January 2, 2026.
