Yu Liu pays $3.5M to Cindy Zhang for development property in Flushing
Yu Liu through the entity Bw 38 LLC paid $3.5 million to Cindy Zhang through the entity Caifu Capital, LLC for retail building (K1) at 135-41 38th Avenue in Flushing, Queens.
The deal closed on April 29, 2021 and was recorded on May 17, 2021.
The property has 2,108 square feet of built space and 2,760 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 4,860 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $1,660 and the price per buildable square foot is $720 per the PincusCo analysis.
The former owner bought the property on 7-Aug-17, for $4 million.
The signatory for Cindy Zhang was Cindy Zhang. The signatory for Yu Liu was Yu Liu.
