Yossel Lichtman through the entity 219 Lenox Realty LLC as borrower signed a new construction loan with lender Bank of Princeton valued at $13.5 million for the development site (V1) at 219 Lenox Road in Flatbush, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on May 12, 2021 and was recorded on July 21, 2021.
The property has 0 square feet of built space and 34,400 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 34,400 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per buildable square foot is $391 per the PincusCo analysis.
