Yosef Shlomy Greenwald through the entity Kan Tziva LLC paid $5.4 million to Harry Klein and Howard Garfield through the entity J.C. Chasop, LLC for the eight-unit residential walkup building (C1) at 632 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on February 7, 2023 and was recorded on February 13, 2023. The property has 10,240 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $524 per the PincusCo analysis.
