Yiannis Konstantinidis through the entity Pali Realty, LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Alma Bank valued at $21.7 million for 2 parcels, including the tax class office building with commercial with seven to 19 stories (O6) at 23-25 31st Street and 23-19 31st Street in Astoria. The deal closed on December 30, 2019 and was recorded on February 10, 2020.

The last time the property sold was February 7, 2008, for $2,950,000.
The DOB issued a new construction (NB) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building on November 24, 2014.
