Yevgeniy Lvovskiy through the entity 623 Ave H LLC as borrower signed a new construction loan agreement with lender The Bank Of Princeton valued at $10.6 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class land zoned residential, except not Manhattan below 110th Street (V0) at 623 Avenue H in Flatbush. The deal closed on January 29, 2021 and was recorded on February 17, 2021.
