Yechiel Newhouse pays $9.2M to Barberry Rose for rental in Washington Heights
Yechiel Newhouse through the entity Hph 164th LLC paid $9.2 million to Barberry Rose Management Company through the entity Bsf 548 West 164th Street Holding LLC for 54-unit rental (D1) at 548 West 164th Street in Washington Heights, Manhattan.
The deal closed on July 20, 2021 and was recorded on August 6, 2021.
The property has 56,634 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 45,542 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $163 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The owner bought the property on 21-Jun-16, for $16.2 million.
