Yan Po Zhu borrows $13M from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China for LIC condo

Yan Po Zhu through the entity River Bridge Tower LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Industrial And Commercial Bank Of China valued at $13 million for 40 parcels, including the tax class commercial and residential condo units recorded in Acris (CC) and containing 36 residential units at 2705 41st Avenue in Long Island City. The deal closed on March 12, 2020 and was recorded on March 17, 2020.

The average loan per unit is $361,111.
