Xue Jin Zheng through the entity We On Ludlow LLC paid $2.6 million to Cheuk Lam Yip through the entity 41-43 Ludlow Street Realty Corp. for the eight-unit residential walkup building (C7) at 41-43 Ludlow Street in Lower East Side, Manhattan. The expected use is cash flowing.
