Xiaozheng Tang through the entity Columbia International LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Shanghai Commercial Bank, Ltd., New York Branch valued at $66.8 million for 6 lots at 402 West 126th Street, 412 West 126th Street, 416 West 126th Street, 418 West 126th Street, 420 West 126th Street, and others in West Harlem. The deal closed on October 2, 2019 and was recorded on October 16, 2019.
