Xia Leslie files plans for Bushwick demo with plans for 10-unit resi building

Xia Leslie, on July 28, filed a permit application for the demolition of a garage at 858 Bushwick Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn.

The plans call for the demolition of a one-story structure.

The project is described in the filings as: this job is filed for demolition of one-story garage.

In September of last year, the developer filed new building plans calling for the construction of a 58-foot tall, four-story, 9,330-square-foot residential building with 10 dwelling units.

The plans were approved earlier this year but have not received permits yet.

ARC Architecture + Design Studio is the architect listed.

The property was acquired for $2.1 million on February 13, 2020.

Other active plans in the neighborhood include The Horizon Group’s plans for construction of a 39-unit, 25,876-square-foot residential building at 378 Weirfield Street in Bushwick, which were permitted on April 1 and John Russo’s 20-unit condo at 23 Bleecker Street.
