Xi Ping Xia through the entity Eastern Pearl Holdings LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Flushing Bank valued at $7.5 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class fireproof warehouse (E1) at 150 Varick Avenue in East Williamsburg. The deal closed on December 16, 2020 and was recorded on March 17, 2021.
The property contains a total of 20,000 square feet of built space.
The average loan per buildable square foot is $375.
