Wildflower Ltd. pays $14.5M for three industrial parcels in East New York

Wildflower Ltd. through the entity 12505 Flatlands Avenue LLC paid $14.5 million to Alan Soiefer through the entity Selar Realty Corp. for the industrial (G7) properties at 12505 Flatlands Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. The Soiefer family acquired at least one of the parcels as early as 1951.
The deal closed on September 30, 2021 and was recorded on October 15, 2021.
The three properties have 0 square feet of built space and 57,000 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 57,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per buildable square foot is $254 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
