Wildflower, Ltd. inks contract with Polsinelli Management to buy vacant lot in New Lots

Wildflower, Ltd. through the entity Flatlands Parking II LLC paid Polsinelli Management Company for 771 Montauk Avenue in New Lots, Brooklyn. The memorandum was executed on June 30, 2020, and was recorded on July 6, 2020. The transaction will consist of 1 parcel, including the tax class land not zoned residential or Manhattan below 110th Street (V1).

This is a memorandum of an agreement of sale. The agreement of sale was signed March 2, 2020. The closing date is scheduled to be no later than October 15, 2020.

Over the past five years, there has been one NYC Department of Buildings permit application filed for this parcel valued at more than $20,000. Of those there was one major renovation application including a certificate of occupancy change (A1) filed with a total estimated value of $150,000.
