The entity 9 St. Lukes Place LLC paid $11 million to Simon Robertson through the entity 81 Leroy Street LLC for two-unit two-family building (B1) at 81 Leroy Street in West Village, Manhattan.
The deal closed on April 22, 2021 and was recorded on May 21, 2021.

The sale price per built square foot is $2,518 and the price per buildable square foot is $2,088 per the PincusCo analysis.
The owner bought the property on 5-Aug-14, for $11.4 million.
