Watermark Capital Group through the entity WLGT Holdings LLC paid $11.5 million to Wing Fung Chau through the entity 37-19 Realty Inc. for industrial (G7) at 6208 8th Avenue in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on November 18, 2021 and was recorded on December 10, 2021.
The property has 0 square feet of built space and 390,501 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 390,501 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per buildable square foot is $29 per the PincusCo analysis.
