The former owners according to the Department of Housing Preservation and Development includes Howard Alkoff, head officer and Gary Perlow, officer. The business entities are Annal Management Co., Ltd. and H & H Equities II Inc. The 72,276-square-foot property generated revenue of $947,854 or $13 per square foot, according to the most recent income and expense figures.
