Walmart through the entity Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust paid $286,316 and acquired a leasehold and easements from Blum Enterprises for 1 parcel, including the tax class land zoned residential (V0) at 257th Street in Rosedale. The deal closed on December 30, 2020 and was recorded on January 28, 2021. The parcel is a thin strip of land adjacent to and open to a Walmart store that is part of the Green Acres Mall in Nassau County.
